Inclement Weather Policy: Ellicott City Station follows the snow closure policy for Howard County Public Schools. If Howard County Public Schools are closed, the Station is closed. If Howard County Public Schools open late, the Station opens at the regularly scheduled time. In the event of other inclement weather, please call 410-461-1945.
